Cakes

I have loads to say and i promise to post more pics up soon as it's already 1.36am! Gotta hit the sack soon and wake up early for church tomorrow. I cant believe i slept till 12.30 pm today. 0_o What sweet felicity tho! Late nights are not good. I really got to watch out for those eye bags! :( Nowadays i usually sleep late coz there's so much to do: reading, doing tutorials and also taking time off to choreograph chinese dance.

Last night, i was supposed to attend a house party and proceed to a club thereafter but i pulled out in the end. Decided to stay back (and finish tutorial haha so good girl hor? Sometimes i amaze myself) Baby (Xiu Mei) came to my place and we baked banana cake and chocolate cheese cake! I feel so domesticated now. hehe. And i cooked Bak Kut Teh for Teng, Kenneth, Brian, Stanley and Theresa 2 nights ago. It was sooooooo good! Kenneth says i can be a housewife already! haha thank you but i will humbly decline that modest, subservient position (for now at least :)

AMAZING banana cake!

At least now i can proudly announce the 2nd fail proof cake on my list.

Dont be fooled by the looks of it. It got slightly burned at the top only because i used 6 tbsp of set honey! I reduced a substantial amount of sugar and replaced it with d au naturale product! :)

And the 3rd...

My love for you - Chocolate Cheese cake #1

Sweet fantasy - Chocolate Cheese Cake #2

Baked Salmon

I wished i knew how to make this one!

This is what i call love at first sight as it's my first time having it and man, im definitely goin back for more in d future!

Had this for lunch with Kenneth, Brian, Connie, Nath and Janet.

More to come! tata.

After that, Brian took us to the Bay. The bay is beAUuuu-ti-FuL at night! And we saw so many stars at Newport. I really love it!

Taken by Brian with my camera.

It was kinda chilly at night. And me, being the annoying tamagochi needs to go to the loo....again! haha. Cant help it. I hv a small bladder. And because my sister is freezing as well, we decided to stop by a pub for a drink.

Stanley the Manley

I love the chicken wings he cooked the other night! Super good. And i tried a bit of fried rice that he cooked yesterday without tellin him bcoz he was sleeping. It was really good!! I enjoyed every bit of it. hehe i know Mr Stan wont mind hor :P

Tell me what kind of pose is this?? hahaha

Brian too happy adi :P

The guys....

...and me! ^^

Taken with Tweevy and Katrin during one of the nights our after Deevali. I havent been going out, socialising like that for a loooong time okie! It's because there's so much things to do this year. I am swamped with with more than hundreds of pages for a subject each week. Not than im complaining, i really enjoy Evidence & Family law. Im glad ive chosen this path and not any other. I really desire to be a good wife, daughter, sister, lawyer and friend.

Anyway, i'm really excited as i am goin down to London tomorrow...by bus! :S The latter does not excite me that much but oh well! It costs me only 10 pounds! By train ,my cost would be tripled. Sigh but i cant put monetary value on time can i?? Me so stupid. Next time i will use the train. hehe bye!
